Gamepad MIDI controller for Android

This is a special Android build of the  Gamepad MIDI controller web app to support device connected using USB (wired/dongle).

Note: Native Xinput controllers connect but will not work!  Tested with Mayflash Magic-X to connect an "8bit do Arcade Controller for Xbox" as possible workaround; either as 360 controller or Magic-X. The "8bitdo Arcade Controller" will work in  Bluetooth or 2.4G dongle mode.
