RD1 Drum for MicroKorg2 (Logue OSC)

This is currently under development. While the tooling works, and can be seen in the NT-78 release, I still want to make this process as smooth as possible.

The    patcher  would load a unit and allow you to insert voices in voice slots. This creates an alternative named unit that you can deploy onto the device. For the microkorg2, presets can also be loaded from `userfs`.
